Dorn was a ilegal exotic animals trader who imported in endangered animals for Grossberg and his associates for sport or for for fur trading.Grossberg had accumulated debts of over 14,000DM at Dorns service and had gotten Von Zell into the business in order to extort 500,000DM to hide the fact that he had exported the wolves to Tawain that he originally allowed to escape in order to take the blame for his murders(knowing that the police would eventually realise they were no responsible if found).Gabriel meets him in Chapter 5 of The Beast Within: A Gabriel Knight Mystery.
